- Academic degree (BSc or MSc) in scientific and engineering or software discipline, such as, Software Engineering/Development, Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, OR
- Hands on experience and certification such as ISTQB Certified Tester, CSTE, Certified Agile Tester
- Knowledge of software testing frameworks and testing concepts
- Affinity with relevant software development processes and data modeling methods;
- Good verbal and written command of English.
- Bonus is knowledge of and experience in object-oriented programming languages (e.g. Python) and optionally KBE platforms / systems;
- Bonus is knowledge of project management and issue-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Can translate explicit software requirements to observed behavior and test this with end user expectations
- Can create, manage and maintain a large test base for a multitude of applications
- Can think out of the box to identify edge cases
- Can document and present test cases and results
