- Carefully planning and preparing the tasks
- Processing the in- and outbound goods both physically and administratively
- Supporting, monitoring, and motivating your colleagues to ensure the daily objectives are met
- Using SLAs and KPIs as tools to achieve goals. And sharing them with your team in a constructive and motivating tone
- You will pay attention to detail and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workplace
- If there are no other tasks you will take part in the daily operations of the warehouse

- An hourly wage between € 14,40 and € 15,39, excluding a 17% shift allowance
- Travel allowance starting from 10 km distance, up to a maximum of € 7.45 per day
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation allowance
