
Senior HRBP Transformation

- Partner with HR Leads and project teams to design organizational structures.
- Work with rewards team to define grading frameworks, archetype roles, and clear role responsibilities, skills, and competencies.
- Ensure visibility of changes through structured communication sessions with key stakeholders.
- Define and monitor governance mechanisms to secure cross-functional alignment, while aligning frameworks to support transparency and fairness.
- Translate organizational changes into practical deployment plans.
- Support formal documentation for European and local Works Councils alongside the project teams.
- Partner with local HR teams & connecting with the project teams to ensure a high understanding of deployment needs and processes
- Define data and system requirements arising from transformation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency remains high across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate headcount and other HR KPI tracking
- Support coordination of deployment plans across key transformation workstreams and stakeholders
- Monitor dependencies and ensure governance integrity.
- Coordinate talent management initiatives to reduce retention risk throughout the transformation, particularly across the main regions US, France, DACH, UKI, and the Netherlands.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts part of the transformation, including maximizing internal opportunities for vacancies and impacted employees with the local HR network.
- Encourage the establishment of clearly defined career paths based on specific functions
- Support capability development and initiatives to reduce retention risk.
- Craft tailored communication and change management materials for diverse audiences
- Drive a change agent network to accelerate adoption to the change & propose initiatives to contribute to these efforts.
- Coordinate other change and communication activities as required.
- 8+ years in HR, Transformation, Org Design, or HR Operations (experience in in corporate functions is preferred)
- Strong expertise in job architecture, grading, role and organizational design
- Proven ability to translate HR strategy into execution in a matrixed, multinational environment
- Skilled at engaging diverse stakeholders, including legal and regulatory bodies
- Experience in change storytelling, communication toolkit development, and talent governance frameworks
- Familiarity with Works Council/EWC processes is a strong advantage
