Main R&D sites can be found in Eindhoven (the Netherlands), Bordeaux (France), Hillsboro (US), Brno (Czech).Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our SPA (Single Particle Acquisition) team, within the Life Science SW engineering group . The intern will work on developing simulation to enable automation testing for our EPU software. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development and automation testing while contributing to meaningful projects.Project Summary:EPU software depends on several services and components. To perform automated testing of the EPU application in isolation, we need mock services. The mock services should simulate behaviors such as generating acquired images, receiving data for post-processing, and making mock responses for AI decisions. This project explores the approach for building such mock services, integrating them with EPU in test environments, and developing automation tests using these services.Keys to Success:

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a MSc program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Programming skills and good understanding of Object Oriented concepts
  • Strong interest in software development, automation testing, and simulation.
