Job Description:Role requirements:
  • 1+ years’ experience in a relevant field or technical training in Production Control or Production Planning & Scheduling in the supply chain or manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with supply chain management disciplines and capacity planning is preferred
  • Experience in ERP System along with a high proficiency in MS Office Software, specifically Excel
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment with various constraints
  • Experience in problem solving, effective communication and decision making
  • Demonstrate effective organization and prioritization skills in an environment with many competing demands
  • Good command of English language.

Works closely with production teams to manage exceptions, resolve issues related to flow of work and communicating risks. Serves as central point of contact for production teams. Organized problem Solver and effective communicator with systems knowledge.Role responsibilities & duties:
  • Provides clerical support to operational teams for the execution of the Production Schedule (daily schedule evaluation, shift pass down, MES status updates/adherence, etc.)
  • Provides administrative support for the flow of material through production (CCCs, BTS, inbound/outbound transfers)
  • Communicates risks/issues related work orders and/or schedule to Production Analysts; investigates and recommends potential solutions to scheduling conflicts
  • Works closely with all cross-functional teams as needed to support Production Analysts with MES flag issue resolution (i.e. BOM discrepancies, material allocation issues, build changes, etc.)
  • Understands and performs to established KPIs and daily reporting
