And as a Top Employer 2025, we are fully committed to your professional growth and development.πΌ What will you do?As a Service Support Specialist, you will coordinate and manage all warranty and repair requests for our Measurement & Analytics products. You act as the link between the customer, service engineers, and factories, ensuring that every request is handled efficiently and professionally β from the first contact to the final delivery.You will work on a wide range of cases: from quick warranty checks to complex repair projects involving multiple stakeholders. A significant part of the role focuses on administrative tasks and communication, especially with the factory, as well as preparing quotations for customers. Thanks to your attention to detail and proactive communication, customers will experience ABBβs service at its very best.π‘ Your key responsibilities:Coordinating warranty and repair requests from start to finishCommunicating with customers, service engineers, and ABB factories to ensure timely and accurate follow-upPlanning and monitoring service activitiesPreparing and managing customer quotationsAccurately maintaining CRM and customer communicationSupporting the team in improving service processesπ€ Your teamYou will join a skilled and dedicated service team in Rotterdam-Waalhaven, working closely with technical specialists and service engineers. You will have a high degree of independence in your role while always being able to rely on the support of your colleagues.π₯ What you bringπ‘ MBO+/Bachelorβs degree in a technical field (preferably instrumentation/control engineering or electrical engineering)
π‘ Experience in service coordination, technical support, or planning
π‘ Strong organizational and communication skills
π‘ Proficiency in both Dutch and English
