We’re on a mission to be at the heart and start of all effective treatment decisions, and we’re looking for a strong Team leader to join us.Key Responsibilities· Maintain and develop a team of 10 employees· Manage the accounts receivable team on a daily basis· Responsible for the completeness accuracy and timeliness of account receivable and overdue reporting· Manage payment terms and credit risks of our customers· Manage our cashflow on a daily basis through ensuring timely billing and payment from our customers· Manage and develop solid account receivable and credit management processes· Manage the relationship with our customers· Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders such as the FP&A department and salesRequirements· Bachelor’s degree in business economics· Subject matter expert account receivable· +8 years in accounts receivable· Experience in leading accounts receivable teams· Experience in change management and process improvement· Analytical and problem solving skills· Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and writtenNice-to-Have Skills/Experience:· Experience in Medical Sector· Experience with Exact Globe Next
