
Sales Lead

- Managing and coaching the teams to exceed daily shopping goals and priorities
- Monitor store KPIs, track daily performance, and actively encourage team members to drive sales; monitor the inventory flow on the floor to ensure the customer and sales team have the right product at the right time
- Providing training/coaching sessions (one-on-one and grouped) on our culture of sales, customer service, brand presentation and visual merchandising
- Support in onboarding new sales employees in the store
- Assisting the store management team and leading the team in the absence of a manager
- Experience in proactively leading a team
- Excellent sales skills (actively engaging with customers to drive sales and provide the best shopping experience)
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast and dynamic environment; able to prioritize workload, meet tight deadlines and specified standards
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Required language: Dutch and/or English, other languages are a plus
