Join our innovative team as we continue to expand as Cooltra’s sister company in the Benelux!Job descriptionAs Area Manager North Netherlands (Amsterdam, Haarlem, Groningen , Zwolle & Enschede) at Felyx, you will play a crucial role in keeping our fleet of shared electric mopeds running smoothly. North Netherlands is one of our most important regions in the Benelux. You’ll work closely with other Area Managers to ensure a good operational performance and profit.Main responsibilities:
  • Built a well-motivated and well performing team
  • Meet operationality target of 85% of the fleet per city
  • Identify threads and opportunities and proactively act on them
  • Identify projects to make improvements in our way of operating
  • Manage Fleet Managers, Lead Mechanics and Lead Swappers
  • Report on the P&L and identify actions needed
  • Contribute to budget creation
  • Meet revenue target by commercial actions and smart fleet deployment
  • Keep the variable costs in line with revenue of the region
We’ll get truly excited if you...
  • Have at least 4+ years of experience in a similar role preferably within the mobility or logistics branche
  • Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Have leadership experience, including managing and motivating teams
  • Have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment
  • Know how to balance operations and commercial targets
  • Are available for 40 hours per week
  • Enjoy working at a workshop in your region at least 4 days a week
  • Live near Amsterdam
