Do you want to lead big transformation projects and support M&A work in Foods Europe? Do you enjoy working with different teams and making an impact in finance and strategy? If yes, we want to meet you! What are you going to do?You will translate transformation projects into financial outcomes, manage carve-outs and integrations, and ensure strong governance and delivery across the portfolio.
  • Turn transformation initiatives into actionable financial plans impacting the P&L;
  • Drive governance, accountability, and on-time delivery across project teams;
  • Manage Capex and restructuring budgets with strong financial controls;
  • Lead carve-out execution, ensuring day-one readiness;
  • Oversee carve-out P&L reporting, TSA charging, and transition processes;
  • Partner with M&A, Foods EU leadership, and local markets on strategic priorities.
What do we offer?
  • Salary between €6,900 and €8,000 gross per month, based on a 40-hour temporary contract;
  • Starting date: ASAP or 1st of October until June 30th 2026,

Where will you work?You will be part of the Foods Europe transformation and M&A team, collaborating closely with Strategy, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing functions, as well as external consultants where required. What do we ask?
  • Finance qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA); MBA or Master's is a plus;
  • Minimum of 6 years in finance, business partnering or operational roles within FP&A, supply chain & M&A
  • FMCG experience is preferred;
  • Experience with P&L management and M&A projects;
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, analysis, and communication;
  • Strong leadership behavior, including a proactive mindset, solid business acumen, and a commitment to delivering results with excellence;
  • Takes ownership and builds capability, showing accountability and responsibility while actively developing talent and fostering high-performing teams
