- Own and Grow Strategic Relationships: Act as the primary commercial owner for our key digital wallet and identity partners, building deep, collaborative relationships.
- Define the Partnership Roadmap: Design and execute a proactive strategy for a portfolio of critical partners, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Drive complex commercial and product negotiations from start to finish, positioning Adyen for long-term success.
- Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead complex initiatives from concept to global launch, coordinating efforts across Product, Commercial and Finance teams.
- Shape Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to launch, scale, and refine new products and features for our global merchant base.
- Be the Expert: Serve as the expert on the digital wallet and identity landscape, translating market insights into actionable product and commercial strategies.
- You have 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic roles within FinTech, e-commerce, identity, or related technology industries.
- You are a proven negotiator with a track record of structuring and closing complex agreements with major technology partners.
- You are a credible and influential partner to C-level executives and can navigate large, cross-functional organizations with ease.
- You have a deep understanding of the payments and digital identity ecosystem, including platforms, authentication methods, and KYC services.
- You excel at translating complex technical concepts and regulatory requirements into clear commercial opportunities.
- You are an exceptional communicator and presenter, able to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward.
- A Master's degree or equivalent practical experience is valued.
