  • Medior / senior level Appian experience
  • DevOps experience and leadership skills to educate other team members
  • String focus on compliance requirements, seeing them as part of the backlog and being able to challenge PO / team on the same.
  • Experienced with SDLC, integrations and using services provided by other teams (APIs, Azure, CI/CD)
  • Natural communicator
  • With that, delivery mindset and proactivity
  • Focus on quality and taking a lead there
  • Experience with proper Scrum / Agile way of working, able to educate more junior team members
