- Greeting guests with friendliness and helpfulness even during late hours.
- Perform night audit to check financial transactions and update hotel records.
- Be the friendly face that welcomes guests at all hours – handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly and with a smile.
- Maintain an orderly reception desk and lobby.
- Overseeing nightly telephone calls and requests.
- Preparing reports and administrative tasks for the following day.
- Ensuring smooth operation of the hotel during night hours.
- Responding to emergency situations according to established procedures.
- And other tasks related to managing the front desk during night hours.
- +/- 1-2 years of front office experience
- No experience? No problem! Convince us why you’re a fit in your cover letter
- Fluent in English. Dutch and other languages are a plus
- You thrive on independence, enjoy the responsibility of keeping things running smoothly overnight, and have a natural knack for problem-solving
- Have the flexibility and mentality required in the hospitality industry
- You are flexible and available from Monday to Sunday from 23:00 – 7:00.
- You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
- A parttime contract for 4 days a week
- Monthly gross salary of €2,058.00 (based on 4 days per week), on top of this you'll get 20% night allowance

- Travel allowance possibilities for a commuting distance of more than 5KM up to a limit of €150,- per month
