- Revenue Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive revenue strategies that align with Leadinfo's business objectives and market opportunities. Focus on scaling our SaaS offerings with high transaction volumes and lower ARPA, next to building a multi-product offering with a dedicated upsell team;
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement;
- International Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Leadinfo's presence in existing and new European markets. Develop go-to-market strategies that consider regional nuances and drive market penetration;
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to monitor performance metrics across all revenue channels. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, sales processes, and customer retention;
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure that customer feedback and satisfaction are integral to revenue strategies. Work closely with Customer Success teams to enhance the customer journey and promote loyalty;
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align product offerings, financial goals, and operational processes with revenue objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior revenue leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a focus on high-volume, low ARPA business models. Proven track record of building high performance teams. Skilled in attracting and recruiting top talent, motivating teams, celebrating diversity and managing performance;
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience in managing teams across different countries and cultures is highly desirable;
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate market trends and data into actionable revenue strategies;
- Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize revenue processes;
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences;
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
