You will lead efforts to identify potential acquisition targets, conduct thorough due diligence, negotiate favourable deal terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities. Your insights and expertise will guide our market analysis to uncover strategic opportunities that align with our vision of a smarter, more sustainable future.How you will do it:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets that align with our strategic goals.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, ensuring a thorough financial analysis, risk assessment, and operational review of targets.
  • Negotiate terms of acquisition, fostering relationships with external advisors and stakeholders to maximize value.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to structure and finalize successful deals.
  • Develop and present compelling acquisition proposals to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting strategic benefits.
  • Support the integration of acquired companies, driving initiatives that achieve our strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.
What we look for:Essential:
  • Mergers and Acquisition experience as demonstrated by deal volume
  • Experience in M&A project management including working with multiple stakeholders including, HR, legal and strategic integration team.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in leading due diligence processes and negotiations, showcasing your strategic acumen.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant finance qualification CIMA / ACA / ACCA
  • Experience in the technology or industrial sector, with a passion for innovation.
