- Creating and preparing export documentation.
- Identifying key information and connections, signalling problems, and tracking down causes.
- Handling export requests and booking shipments with airlines.
- Recording shipment-related costs and informing customers about shipment status.
- Daily accurate processing of tasks, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
- Working in a team-oriented manner and being accessible to customers.
- Following up on customs requests and reporting irregularities.
- Initiating claims in case of damage.
- Eligibility to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VGB)
- Living in the Randstad area
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong command English, both spoken and written
- Accurate and proactive
- Flexible to occassionally work outside regular hours when necessary
- Company contract with the company and prospect of a permanent position
- Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500
- 70% of the pension premium is covered by the company
- Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer / full coverage of public transport
