In short it's your chance to help shape intuitive and financially healthy solutions for our private clients in the Dutch market!You & your roleAs a Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping end-to-end solutions that support our Retail NL Housing customers in their financial decisions. With themes ranging from buying a house and navigating the mortgage journey to sustainability and special asset management, the scope is broad. The design team ensures that Rabobank is the #1 destination for housing dreams. Your design solutions will enable sustainable and financially healthy living for all. You’ll be responsible for delivering seamless experiences across both customer and employee journeys in the loan application process.And as a Designer for CJIP you work with themes ranging from turning 18, to living together and bereavement and from onboarding of new private and business banking customers to financial independence, the scope is broad. One thing stands out though; we help ensure our customers are supported in all life events, from orientation to aftercare. And you, together with your team, will play a crucial role in in shaping journeys that support our Retail NL customers in their financial decisions.In a nutshell, you will...Design end-to-end solutions: research the user and their behavior, and also visualize, create, and iterate on design concepts that guide the product teams.Work together with PO’s, BA’s and developers to translate business requirements into innovative solutions.Apply the Rabobank design system during concept development and design new components to extend our library.Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure a development process and a high-quality outcome.Improve new and existing workflows and help us build scalable products.You are comfortable in the fuzzy front-end of the design process and enjoy the complexity of defining the design tasks with the stakeholders.You enjoy working in a collaborative design team environment, where you influence, create and innovate together to achieve the best results.You love to bridge the worlds of business and design.Together we achieve more than justYou will be part of the Design Chapter, the internal design department of Rabobank.
