  • We are looking for Global product manager who can define the asset and product strategy for the Alkox product portfolio to join our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you?
About the jobSuccessful execution of this role requires thorough understanding of our product portfolio, our footprint and supply chain, while executing business development activities to fully utilize our assets. The challenge is to reduce complexity by continuously evaluating product wheel and package types offered. In this global role you will work across regions, US, EU and Asia. It's an unique opportunity.In your future role as “Product manager” you will
  • Maximize EBITDA for the alkoxylates products sold in the business lines
  • Define the asset & product strategy for our alkoxylation plants
  • Set global floor prices for alkoxylation product portfolio
  • Partner with supply chain and the business to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, appropriate inventory and support optimization options
We believe you bring
  • Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies
  • Strong experience in product management / commercial / marketing in a strategic role
  • Commercially strong mindset
  • Interpersonal skills and strong influencing skillset
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization
