We are seeking a proactive and independent Maintenance Coordinator to act as the link between production and maintenance. The coordinator prioritizes requests, ensures proper scheduling, and facilitates smooth collaboration between production and maintenance teams. Each production unit has its own coordinator, so a high level of independence is expected.Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize maintenance requests from production.
- Coordinate with Production Leaders, Planners, and Maintenance Supervisors to schedule and execute work.
- Manage maintenance backlog and authorize work orders.
- Facilitate daily/weekly planning meetings and ensure alignment between production and maintenance.
- Oversee equipment readiness before maintenance and ensure proper handover after completion.
- Support planning of shutdown activities (TAR/Pit Stops).Requirements
- HBO level education or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in maintenance coordination, ideally in the chemical industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions in a complex production environment.
- Experience managing priorities, scheduling, and liaising across departments.Other Information
