- Own the post-sales relationship with key offshore drilling clients using Red Zone Monitoring.
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver hands-on training, support, and on-site coaching to offshore crews and operational teams.
- Bridge communication between customers and Helin’s product and engineering teams by translating feedback into product improvements.
- Monitor usage, engagement, and success metrics, proactively addressing challenges.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with drilling superintendents, HSE managers, and offshore decision-makers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and reference ability.
- Travel offshore and internationally to support deployments, training, and field audits (certification or willingness to obtain offshore certifications required).
- In-depth knowledge of offshore rig operations, safety protocols, and digital monitoring systems.
- Closely worked with offshore drilling experts such as Toolpusher, Drillers and OIM.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing from the rig floor to executive meetings.
- Comfort with leveraging digital safety tools and dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Readiness to travel internationally and offshore, approximately 8–12 visits per year, to ensure client success.
- Offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET) or a commitment to obtaining them promptly.
- Background in customer success, consulting, or solutions engineering, enhancing your ability to drive client adoption.
- Multilingual skills in Dutch, Portuguese, or Spanish to strengthen global relationships. English is our business language.
- Near term - master Helin's Red Zone Monitoring platform, establish relationships with key clients, and complete offshore certifications.
- Long term - deliver measurable improvements in client safety metrics, influence product development, and expand your role as a trusted industry expert.
