In 2024, we saved over 2.5 million hours with our solutions. That’s how we take the robot out of the human. Will you help us create even more added value in 2025?You & Your RoleYou’ll be part of a dynamic team where Low Code and robotic solutions are designed and built to automate (existing) processes. Before starting a new project, you’ll analyze the current process and ask the right questions to see if it can be simplified, allowing you to create an efficient and smart solution. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from the business teams we build solutions for, so some experience with process optimization is preferred.Once the process is clear, you’ll start creating the solution. You’ll translate the process into a technical process map and, together with your colleagues, determine the best way to develop the solution. During development, you’ll ensure compliance with development standards, consider maintenance and potential failures, and maintain contact with stakeholders to keep them informed and verify that the solution meets expectations. After a testing period, once the solution goes live, you and your colleagues will be responsible for daily maintenance to ensure it continues to function as expected. If you don’t yet have experience with RPA/Low Code, your team will support you in learning the necessary tools. It’s helpful if you have an affinity with IT. The team works closely together to arrive at better solutions faster and to share knowledge. You’ll have plenty of freedom to choose between working from home or at the office.Facts & FiguresMinimum of 32 hours per weekArea of approximately 100 colleagues43,822 Rabobank colleagues worldwideTop 3 ResponsibilitiesYou’re not easily discouraged and investigate the best possible way to solve problems. You conduct process analyses and translate them into robotic processes. You reflect and adapt quickly when needed.Together We Achieve MoreCollaboration is key to achieving the desired results.
