- Audit and consulting of domestic and foreign companies within the ZF Group as well as different corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Logistics, Governance, Purchasing, Sales, etc.)
- Identify, test and evaluate business-critical processes for effectiveness and efficiency and compliance with company requirements.
- Lead audit teams in different regions taking responsibility for the team members, including coaching opportunities.
- Contribute to the preparation of the audit report and review and agree issues with responsible management.
- Deliver on-boarding and mentoring of new team members.
- Establish and maintain business partnering and advisory relationships with audit management and relevant business, function, and Group management..
- Communicate business process and controls issues in terms so that non-experts can understand the significance of the subject matter being discussed.
- Assess implementation of corrective actions as part of the audit follow-up.
- Contribute to, and further develop, risk-oriented and control-based audit programs for existing and new audit areas.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional audit experience of at least 5 years. Prior Big 4 experience desirable.
- Good understanding of various process cycles in manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Experience with project management procedures as well as working knowledge of SAP and being proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good communication and highly developed interpersonal skills working with all disciplines within the organization. Analytical and process-oriented thinking, operational readiness, independence, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure as well as willingness to travel.
- Excellent English communication skills. An additional language is desirable.
- Professional certifications desirable (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA, etc.).
- Willingness for domestic and intercontinental travels (between 30-40%)
