
Director of Finance

- Look for opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining accounting processes.
- Identify areas of risk and implement mitigation strategies, including but not limited to team structure, workflow, cross-functional collaboration, and system and process changes
- Interact and provide guidance to Management Team members regarding financial matters.
- Participate in key strategic initiatives and assist with other ad hoc projects.
- Support the FP&A function and annual planning process by providing financial data, KPIs, and analysis of revenue and spending.
- Assist with close process to issue timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in all aspects of domestic and international accounting operations.
- Ensure that financial transactions and reporting are in compliance with all relevant government regulations.
- Participate in the daily accounting transaction flow and verify the accuracy of daily activities.
- 5+ of overall experience, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
- Strong technical accounting background and a thorough knowledge of US & Dutch GAAP
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Satisfactory completion of a background check
