Lees dan verder!Wat doet een Hypotheekadviseur LokaalAls Hypotheekadviseur Lokaal help je klanten bij de financiering van hun woonwens. Je maakt deel uit van ons dynamische team van Hypotheekadviseurs binnen ING Wonen, je werkt zowel vanuit een ING Huis op locatie (Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam, Utrecht of Eindhoven) als vanuit huis.Je werkt intensief samen met je collega’s van verschillende adviesteams aan het verwezenlijken van woondromen van onze klanten. Zoveel mogelijk huizenkopers duurzaam vooruithelpen in hun woonreis waarbij digitaal gemak en ‘human touch’ hand in hand gaan. Dit is waar wij iedere dag met veel passie mee aan de slag gaan.Hoe ziet je werk eruit?Als Hypotheekadviseur help je (potentiële) klanten om de juiste keuzes te maken op dat belangrijke moment. Dit vereist de juiste expertise en kwalificaties, maar jouw commerciële adviesvaardigheden en competenties maken echt het verschil. Immers, hypotheekadvies gaat verder dan alleen de juiste financiering en biedt aanknopingspunten om het gesprek uit te breiden naar onderwerpen zoals financiële gezondheid en duurzaamheid. Een adviesgesprek leidt vaak tot het afsluiten van verzekeringen, het in contact brengen van een (potentiële) klant met een Financieel Coach voor onze digitale propositie, of een collega van de Beleggings-, Private Banking- of Zakelijk adviesteams.Als Hypotheekadviseur:
  • Voer je verkennende gesprekken met je klanten, bereken je maximale hypotheekbedragen en bespreek je de bijbehorende kosten
  • Geef je persoonlijk advies over hypotheeksoorten, looptijden en rentetarieven op basis van de financiële gegevens en voorkeuren van je klanten
  • Adviseer je over verzekeringen, bespreek je duurzaamheidsmogelijkheden en bevorder je de financiële gezondheid van je klanten
  • Bereid je adviesrapporten voor en fungeer je als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt gedurende het gehele hypotheekproces
  • Neem je actief deel aan het interne en externe netwerk van ING, draag je bij aan klantacquisitie en onderhoud je relaties
Wat is jouw profiel?Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, vragen wij:
  • Relevante WFT-diploma's en een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Minimaal 5 jaar commerciële ervaring in (financieel) advies
  • Je bent een netwerker pur sang en maakt gemakkelijk contact.
  • Je kan een netwerkrelatie opbouwen en onderhouden
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent in staat om zowel via face-to-face en via beeldgesprek een persoonlijke connectie te maken
  • Een passie voor voortdurende persoonlijke groei

Keep reading!What does a Mortgage Advisor Local do?As a Mortgage Advisor Local, you will help clients finance their housing needs. You will be part of our dynamic team of Mortgage Advisors within ING Wonen, you will work from an ING House on location (Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht or Eindhoven) as well as from home.You will work intensively with your colleagues from various advisory teams to make our clients' housing dreams come true. Helping as many homebuyers as possible to move forward sustainably in their home journey, where digital convenience and 'human touch' go hand in hand. This is what we work on every day with great passion.What does your work look like?As a Mortgage Advisor, you help (potential) customers to make the right choices at that important moment. This requires the right expertise and qualifications, but your commercial advisory skills and competencies really make the difference. After all, mortgage advice goes beyond just the right financing and offers starting points to expand the conversation to topics such as financial health and sustainability. An advisory consultation often leads to taking out insurance, putting a (potential) client in touch with a Financial Coach for our digital proposition, or a colleague from the Investment, Private Banking or Business Advisory teams.As a mortgage advisor, you will:
  • Conduct exploratory conversations with clients, calculate maximum mortgage amounts, and discuss the associated costs
  • Provide personalized advice on mortgage types, terms, and interest rates based on customers' financials and preferences
  • Advise on insurance, discuss sustainability opportunities, and promote customers' financial health
  • Prepare advisory reports and act as the main point of contact throughout the mortgage process
  • Actively participate in ING's internal and external network, contribute to customer acquisition and maintain relationships
What is your profile?To be successful in this role, we ask:
  • Relevant WFT diplomas and a bachelor's or master's degree
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in (financial) advice
  • You have excellent skills in networking and make contact easily.
  • You can build and maintain a network relationship
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide remote and face-to-face advice, leveraging video calls and ING Houses
  • A passion for continuous personal growth
