If so, we have a challenging opportunity for you. Apply now!FunctieIn this position, you will play a key role in the functional design and analysis of complex systems. Your focus will be on modelling the behaviour and functionality of vessels, ensuring consistency, traceability and validation throughout the design process.Specific duties in this role include:
  • Defining and updating systems analysis and modelling processes and practices.
  • Developing and maintaining the Systems Modelling Management Plan.
  • Supporting and guiding design teams in the application of MBSE tools and methods.
  • Assisting in the requirements engineering process, including traceability, decomposition, and V&V (Verification and Validation).
  • Creating system models to describe functional behaviour of naval systems.
  • Ensuring alignment and communication between stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and customers.
Voorwaarden
  • BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, preferably in shipbuilding.
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the Arcadia Method and experience with CAPELLA or a similar MBSE tool.
  • Experience with IBM Rational DOORS is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret and manage complex data structures.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English language.
