
Model-Based Systems Engineer (maritime)

- Defining and updating systems analysis and modelling processes and practices.
- Developing and maintaining the Systems Modelling Management Plan.
- Supporting and guiding design teams in the application of MBSE tools and methods.
- Assisting in the requirements engineering process, including traceability, decomposition, and V&V (Verification and Validation).
- Creating system models to describe functional behaviour of naval systems.
- Ensuring alignment and communication between stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and customers.
- BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, preferably in shipbuilding.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and best practices.
- Proven experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Arcadia Method and experience with CAPELLA or a similar MBSE tool.
- Experience with IBM Rational DOORS is considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret and manage complex data structures.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English language.
