This position will work out of the Netherlands Office. In our fast-growing, international organization, we are looking for a business analyst to streamline our processes and adapt the IT landscape accordingly. Then Magnit is looking for you.What You Will DoMagnit is a growing organization with a need to streamline our processes. This also means that our IT solutions need to be constantly updated and extended. But what works well in practice and what is technically possible? That's where we need you!For various (cloud-related) projects, you will analyse existing processes and/or develop new processes and translate these into user stories. In all this, you always keep practice in mind. Above all, you look at how we can arrive at a 'workable' solution that is functional for the user but also fits within the technical and architectural frameworks.You will translate the requirements of our business stakeholders into functional specifications and write user stories. You have the development team translate these into a technical solution. You then analyse the end result together with our test analysts. Where necessary, you perform data analysis using SQL queries to guarantee the right qualitative goals.You are delegated product owner and work closely with our other business analyst, testers and developers. Where necessary, you actively enter our organization to liaise with relevant stakeholders to retrieve the required information.What You Will NeedYou feel at home in a fast-growing organisation with direct and short lines of communication. You have a strong analytical ability to understand our processes completely and look ahead to the future. You take initiative and easily make contact with colleagues and external stakeholders. You are also good at assessing what works and what does not. Working simultaneously on several projects and setting the right priorities is not a problem for you.You are able to present devised solutions to stakeholders, including management. You are also able to take them along and advise them on the different scenarios that are possible. You take the lead in discussing the new functionalities with the team and make sure your stories contain the right information for the developers and testers based on refinement sessions.
- Bachelor's degree;
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for system development;
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English.
