You make sure your team of mechanics delivers top-quality bikes, every single day.What are you going to do:As fulltime Lead Mechanic in our Delft workshop, you are the key player on the technical team. You'll coordinate the daily operations, from quality checks to inventory management, making sure your team of mechanics knows exactly what needs to be done. You'll organize team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and be involved in recruiting and onboarding new colleagues. Your goal? To run a smooth operation and get top-quality bikes out on the road.Who you areYou're a natural leader with a passion for bike mechanics. Whether you have a certificate or your experience speaks for itself, you know how to motivate and coach a team. You excel at keeping an overview, have a sharp eye for detail, and create a safe and positive atmosphere on the work floor. A salary between €2.893,- and €3.000,- gross per month, excluding holiday allowance.
