- Lead and manage bid and tender processes in The Netherlands, with a strong focus on:
- Coordinating the pursuit team
- Maintaining timelines
- Ensuring high-quality responses
- Meeting all compliance and internal governance requirements
- Support pursuit teams by applying best-in-class bid management practices
- Ensure all stakeholders have clearly defined roles and responsibilities, contributing to a tailored, compelling response that highlights our value proposition and win strategy
- Engage internal and external partners as needed, and facilitate tollgate reviews to ensure timely and effective tender submissions
- Ensure adherence to Xerox's global Bid Management Pursuit Process (BMPP), including economic assessment and risk management
- Manage Xerox's single-country tender processes in The Netherlands
- Bring strategic bid management expertise to drive successful outcomes
- Report to the Manager of the Western Europe Bid Centre and collaborate with an international team
- Lead or support tender responses typically ranging from $100,000 to $100 million in total contract value
- Work closely with other Bid Managers and Writers across Europe to maintain high standards and content quality
- Degree-level education or higher
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing domestic tenders, specifically in The Netherlands
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Collaborate with bid writers, consultants, sales leads, pre-sales, technical experts, and senior management across Western Europe
- Assemble and lead virtual pursuit teams
- Allocate tasks, ensure quality control, and maintain consistency and clarity in messaging
- Facilitate qualification and win strategy development, and lead tollgate reviews in line with BMPP
- Apply robust risk management practices
- Develop and manage bid timelines to ensure timely, high-quality submissions
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement among stakeholders
- Contribute to the Xerox bid knowledge base and track performance metrics
- Conduct win/loss reviews and support ongoing process improvements
- Ensure resource availability and monitor commercial viability throughout the bid process
- Provide proofreading and editing support to ensure professional, polished responses
