To support our commercial growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.Job Description
As Revenue Operations Manager, you will report to the Head of Operations and work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will be responsible for the systems, processes, and insights that drive our go-to-market engine. Your mission is to enable smarter decisions, scalable growth, and operational excellence across the revenue cycle.Your responsibilities include:
  • Ensure our CRM and back-office systems work seamlessly together to support sales, marketing, and account management workflows
  • Manage Salesforce, Gainsight, and related tools, supporting pipeline management and day-to-day operations
  • Build and maintain automations across the organization, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce workflows
  • Create dashboards and generate insights to guide daily business decisions and inform long-term strategy
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and overall business performance
  • Document, automate, and refine operational processes using tools like Zapier and N8N
  • Champion the adoption and implementation of AI tools across Healthy Workers
  • Making sure we choose the right tool for the job: we're using Salesforce right now, but are open to switching.
Profile
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree level
  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms like Gainsight
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data
  • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Tech-savvy and hands-on; experience with no-code tools is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
