With our thorough knowledge of compressor operation and extensive field experience gained from years of collaboration with compressor manufacturers and users, we are proud to help drive growth in the markets we serve and to enable our customers’ success!We are now looking for an Inside Sales Assistant to join our enthusiastic Customer Service team and who will assist us in making a valuable difference in the century to come. We ensure that compressors continue to operate for years to come through maintenance plans, supply of OEM parts, service calls and equipment modifications to today's technology or changed operating conditions and repairs. The Inside Sales Assistant will collect, check, book, coding data and keep records in various systems to support the Sales, Procurement and Engineering department.What needs to be done?Correctly, timely and efficient processing of information and customer questions in the appropriate systems including the ERP system.Correct and timely set up of cost overviews.Ordering parts based on orders and following up on the OTD, identifying possible problems and solving them correctly.Solve incorrectly delivered products independently.Correctly, timely and efficient administrative processing/preparing of the deployment of employees.Processing first-line questions of customers.Processing orders from existing and potential customers.Administrative support of sales, procurement and engineering.Recording a variety of sales and procurement data.Correct handling of incoming mail, post and phone and correct welcoming of visitors to the location.Correctly sending of customer invoices.Supporting Sales & Finance for the Account ReceivablesResponsible for administrative process of PO’s and receivables.Contribute to safety and safety awareness, identify and report unsafe situations.What do you need to bring?MBO 4 education or similar.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative position, preferably in a technical environment.High level of accuracy.Ability to resolve day to day issues independently.Team player.Strong communication skills.Strong customer focus.Flexibility, ability to review and change priorities when needed.Fluent English and Dutch language skills (written and verbal).German language skills (written and verbal) nice to have.What will you get in return?This is a great opportunity to be part of an international environment and a successful company.
