- Lead data-driven strategies – don’t just understand the numbers; connect the dots, spot problems, and solve them fast with sharp, creative moves that push growth. You own the story and make it happen.
- Bring our brand to life in-store – manage planograms with precision, optimize shelf presence, and make sure our POSM materials pack a punch and land in the right spots to drive shopper action.
- Develop new shopper engagement initiatives that shoppers actually want to engage with (crazy concept, we know). We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to think outside of the box…or dog park.
- Present insights to stakeholders in a way that gets them as excited about the data as you are.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to create sales reports that tell stories, not just list numbers, and turn those insights into account plans that make competitors nervous.
- Build and pitch category growth initiatives and land our innovations with impact - you need to be fluent in retailer AND shopper language (as well as Dutch and English of course!).
- Creative solution seeker with a passion for building category leading shopper experiences
- Experience with retail sales data, market share analysis, and promotional measurement
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and bias for action – you dive deep into data, cut through complexity, and deliver creative solutions that move the business. Waiting around isn’t your style; you roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- High ownership mindset – claws in when needed, but you own your turf.
- 3-5 years experience in trade/shopper marketing with proven results in FMCG
- Strong communicator who can present complex findings without putting people to sleep
- Advanced Excel, experience with Power Bi
- Perfect Dutch and English – our insights need to bark in both languages
