- Provide high-quality support for Hexagon's portable metrology products (Laser Tracker, Absolute Arm, etc.).
- Conduct on-site applications support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Program measurement routines and ensure timely delivery aligned with customer deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Develop training materials and deliver customer training.
- Comply with safety and operational standards during field activities.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control or metrology; motivated engineering graduates are also welcome.
- Engineering background with the ability to read technical drawings and a good mathematical foundation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Benelux and occasionally to Nordic states.
- Strong communication and client-facing
- Fluent in English and Duch
