So, you could be the right person for this role regardless of your age, nationality, religious beliefs, or gender identification.Your role in our shared journeyLocated at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by managing production processes and factory relationships across our manufacturing network. You will oversee order processing, monitor production timelines and KPIs, whilst working closely with factories to ensure timely delivery of ASICS products. Your role will also involve training factory partners on company procedures and presenting performance data to key stakeholders. Please note this is a fixed term position for 12 months.Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Monitor and manage the timely delivery of ASICS products through effective communication with assigned factories and stakeholders.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators related to delivery performance, production lead times and factory capacity utilisation.
  • Train factory personnel on ASICS-specific processes, standards and policies to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Production Teams and Planners to develop strategies that align with factory capabilities and production goals.
  • Present comprehensive production reports and updates to internal stakeholders, including Regional Teams, Global Headquarters and Category Teams.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and tracking systems for factory ship dates, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility of production information.
  • Resolve production-related issues through proactive problem-solving and coordination with factory partners and internal teams.
You have the following skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP, with substantial data management abilities.
  • Strong presentation and cross-cultural communication capabilities.
  • 4-5 years of experience in apparel or footwear manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field plus industry experience.
  • Demonstrable expertise in production monitoring and capacity management.
