Team Leader Publishing based in Amsterdam - Amsterdam

• Manage the current publisher team to maximize their productivity and outcome
• Together with the management team you will set the course for the company
• You will monitor and analyse the results of different traffic channels and manage the key accounts accordingly
• Good knowledge of ad ops and SDK integration
• Take full ownership of publisher relationships
• You build up and maintain relationships with affiliate and ad networks and you will be responsible for problem solving and account management.
• Train clients on the platform, encourage the adoption of new features and provide feedback internally on client needs

• 3+ years in affiliate management, mobile sector
• Experienced in managing/training teams
• Core knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
• Previous experience with CPM, CPC, CPI and CPA models
• Strong network of partnerships within the affiliate industry and specialised in gaming, social casino and/or shopping
• Proven ability to motivate affiliates to test offers and the finesse to turn those tests into profitable, long term relationships with publishers
• Fluent in English
