- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team focused on regional execution, campaign performance and measurable growth
- Define and deliver regional marketing strategies and plans in close partnership with regional sales leads, ensuring alignment on commercial goals and growth priorities
- Develop integrated regional campaigns based on customer needs, market dynamics and strategic objectives
- Plan and execute regional events, webinars, sponsorships and partner activations that build brand presence and generate pipeline
- Drive and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies to drive targeted programmes that engage and convert high-priority accounts
- Translate regional insights into clear campaign briefs, tailored messaging and local content requirements in collaboration with content, product, customer and partner marketing
- 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing within banking, payments, or financial services, focusing on regional strategy, acquisition, and integrated campaign execution
- Proven expertise in developing and delivering regional marketing strategies tailored to local customer needs, market conditions, and commercial priorities
- Track record of running high-impact regional programmes and events that grow brand presence and drive pipeline across diverse markets
- Hands-on experience designing and executing Account-Based Marketing programmes for strategic accounts across regions
- Strong collaborator with regional sales leads to define joint marketing plans, align pipeline goals, and deliver results across the funnel (MQLs, SALs, opportunities)
