This could be from the shipyard to the shipping company, between two locations of the client, or from the seller to the buyer. With crew management, we deploy seafarers, sailing on behalf of our clients for both short- and long-term assignments. Moreover, we operate our own research vessel, the ARCTIC. At Redwise, no journey is the same. You will sail on ships of the most varied types. Ships can be new, old, large, small, and very special. Additionally, you will visit exceptional destinations and bunkering ports. Your qualities as a chief engineer lie in good seamanship, knowledge, and commitment.What does a Chief Engineer do at Redwise?
  • Manage the engine room.
  • Perform repairs on onboard technical installations.
  • Maintain a streamlined engine room administration.
  • Closely monitor the ship's fuel consumption.
  • Prepare technical reports for the ship's owner.

  • A Chief Engineer qualification for up to 3,000 KW or more.
