Student project: additional Biomarkers from the SPG signalWhat you will do
  • Performing tests in laboratory settings.
  • Performing data collections on human subjects.
  • Developing and testing algorithms (Python).
  • Working with camera and lasers setups.
  • Working with reference signals (e.g. ECG, PPG, Respiration, SpO2).
What we do for youYou will be part of the Photonics for Heath team working on algorithms alternatives for speckles contrast calculation. You will be working every day with laser, optics, and algorithms experts.Who you are
  • Doing a Master's in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
  • Experience with Matlab and/or Python is preferred.
  • Understanding of signal processing concepts.
  • Understanding of basic human physiology.
  • Experience with image processing preferred.
  • Pro-active, outreaching mindset and eager to learn.
  • Enjoying working in a team.
  • You are available for 6 months.
  • Have good command of spoken and written English.
