As a Warehouse Supervisor at DSV, you're the crucial link that keeps operations running-especially now that we're transitioning a major client to our Maastricht Airport site.You get it doneYou oversee the big picture without losing sight of the finer details. With your energy, leadership, and sense of direction, you inspire and guide your team every single day: you're on it.How do you do this? By leading a dynamic team of 15 to 50 employees and ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. You're responsible for managing the day-to-day schedule, tracking progress closely, and translating performance into clear KPI reports. You're also quick to spot disruptions or bottlenecks and tackle them with effective, hands-on solutions. You achieve this by:
  • actively supporting your team's development through performance and absence conversations, and leading daily kick-off meetings or team briefings;
  • delivering management insights based on pre-agreed KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • playing a key role in launching operations for a new client and ensuring a seamless integration into existing workflows.

  • a solid background in logistics or transportation, with proven leadership experience;
  • fluent English skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to thrive in an international setting;
  • experience with warehouse management systems-or the eagerness to learn them quickly;
  • flexibility to work in shifts between 6:00 and 24:00.
