
Demand Generation Manager

- Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
- Continuously optimize performance, confidently assessing which campaigns (by vertical) are working and identifying areas for improvement.
- Execute enrichment tables within Piano’s existing toolkit for account targeting, with strategic input from Sales and Marketing.
- Lead weekly reporting on program performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results against goals.
- Regularly monitor overall sales funnel activity, identify process gaps, and work closely with our Sales team to resolve them effectively.
- Become a subject matter expert in Piano Analytics and our target segments to better inform campaign strategy.
- Maintain efficient feedback loops with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strong alignment.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in demand generation at a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Direct experience building and segmenting audiences and accounts within enrichment tools (e.g., Clay) is required.
- Proactive in monitoring performance and adjusting tactics with involved stakeholders ensure campaign success.
- Strong analytic skills, including lead forecasting and campaign analysis.
- Clear understanding of demand generation best practices, industry trends, and marketing operations in B2B environments.
- Proven success partnering with Sales and Business Development to align marketing efforts directly to revenue outcomes.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with close attention to detail.
