Working as part of a European team, you will provide administrative support to a dedicated Quality Team. You will bring experience of having worked in a Lab Environment, advanced level excel skills (Pivot tables, dashboard etc) and ideally an awareness of ISO Standard 9001.You will work in Utrecht on a hybrid basis on a 20 hour a week contract, these hours can be done over a 3 -4 day working weekFluency in Dutch & English (written and spoken will be essential for this role)The hourly rate for this role will be EUR 18 per hour.RequirementsData Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in various databases or spreadsheets.Filing and Organization: Maintain filing systems, digital, ensuring documents are properly organized and easily accessible.Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting minutesDocument Preparation: Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents such as reports, presentations, and memos.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Microsoft Excel: Proficient in creating and formatting spreadsheets, performing data entry and analysis, utilizing formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), and generating charts and graphs.Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint: Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications, including Word for document creation, Outlook for email management, and PowerPoint for presentations.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
