So, you could be the right person for this role regardless of your age, nationality, religious beliefs, or gender identification.Your role in our shared journeyLocated at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading our master data team in managing customer and vendor data whilst driving continuous improvement across the EMEA region. As Team Lead Master Data Management, you will spearhead data quality initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and professionalise master data practices to promote data excellence throughout the organisation.Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Lead and oversee the Master Data team in EMEA operations, ensuring efficient management of customer and vendor data across the region.
  • Implement and maintain KAIZEN principles to drive continuous improvement in data management processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment of master data practices with organisational objectives.
  • Develop and standardise master data practices throughout EMEA to establish consistent data governance protocols.
  • Foster data awareness and promote best practices within the organisation through training and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analyses and data validation to maintain high-quality master data standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across EMEA to identify and implement process improvements in master data management.
You have the following skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in MDM and Data Quality tools, with emphasis on Informatica platform.
  • Comprehensive SAP expertise, including S4 HANA knowledge.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with five or more years of MDM experience.
  • Proven track record in data validation and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Willingness to travel.
