- Business Operations Support:
- Conduct prospect analysis to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update Salesforce, focusing on managing opportunities and ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare master data sheets.
- Develop and maintain commercial proposal templates.
- Marketing & Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the development of AIM's Marketing Strategy and the execution of the supporting activities
- Assist in the creation and publication of white papers to showcase AIM's thought leadership in the life sciences sector.
- Coordinate the creation and publication of social and “professional” (LinkedIn) media messages
- Maintain databases related to customers and other key stakeholders.
- Scan public newsletters for relevant industry trends and insights.
- Support branch organization membership activities to enhance AIM's industry presence.
- Support AIM's event organization (participation)
- Vendor & Client Contracting Support:
- Support vendor and client contracting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- GDPR Compliance:
- Oversee and manage the company's GDPR processes and ensure compliance with regional privacy regulations.
- Process Development:
- Develop and refine processes aimed at improving commercial performance, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Commercial Reporting:
- Prepare management reports to aid performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
- Establish and maintain regular commercial reporting mechanisms to support ongoing business analysis.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in B2B marketing and commercial operations.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize and report on complex information.
- Experience in managing GDPR compliance and privacy regulations.
- A background in (supporting) the life sciences industry is a (strong) plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial Operations, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
