A global leader in mobility solutions, specializes in delivering intelligent software platforms across FinTech, MarTech, DigiTech, and RevTech domains.The RoleRole Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Data Migration Architect to lead complex data migration initiatives in a telecom BSS environment. This customer-facing role involves defining migration and cutover strategies, designing source-to-target mappings, managing data transformation logic, and coordinating closely with both onshore clients and offshore teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define end-to-end data migration and cutover strategies.
  • Design data mapping and transformation rules between source and target systems.
  • Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with offshore leads and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Oversee migration planning, execution, validation, and cutover activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and quality standard
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 9 years experience, ideally within a Data Architect role.
  • You have working knowledge of architecture, telecom bss and data migration
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
