The role combines strategic, operational, and financial responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage all daily property operations for the assigned industrial portfolioEstablish short- and long-term goals and objectives for the assets in line with organizational strategyApply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and approachesDevelop and maintain strong tenant relationships, as well as relevant systems, policies, and proceduresReview, interpret, and negotiate external contracts to ensure favorable terms for the organizationPrepare, review, and award tender and contract documentsDevelop and recommend annual operating and capital budgets and manage them within approved guidelinesProvide accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial and operational reportsEnsure compliance with property legislation, regulations, and internal governance requirementsCollaborate with leasing and asset management teams to enhance tenant retention and strengthen team performancePlan and monitor capital expenditures and upgrades to the assets, including execution of capex investmentsWork closely with sustainability and asset management teams to implement ESG initiativesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ professional experience in industrial property management, including financial analysis, lease interpretation, and building operationsBachelor’s or university degree in real estate management, architecture, urban planning, engineering, or a related fieldStrong understanding of building construction, ability to review specifications and drawings, and oversee tenant and landlord works according to lease agreementsPragmatic, motivated, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Yardi is a plusThe organizationThe organization is an owner, manager, and operator of a global portfolio of well-located, diversified industrial properties.
