In our modern facility in Venlo, we are looking for a dedicated Operator Receiving who ensures the flawless receipt and processing of medical products. What are you going to do?As an Operator Receiving at Stryker in Venlo, you are responsible for the correct and efficient receipt of incoming goods. You play a vital role in the logistics process, ensuring that medical products are handled safely, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable quality standards. You will be working in a dynamic and clean environment where teamwork, precision, and safety are key.Your responsibilities include:

Physically and administratively receiving incoming goods
Checking deliveries for accuracy, damage, and completeness
Registering goods in the ERP system (such as SAP)
Labeling, sorting, and moving goods to the correct storage location
Identifying and reporting deviations or irregularities
Collaborating with colleagues from Quality, Planning, and Warehouse
Contributing to a safe and well-organized working environment in accordance with procedures (GMP, ISO)

Shift schedule (2-shift system):

Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30
Evening shift: 14:30 - 23:00

What do we offer?

Gross monthly salary of €2,509 (based on 40 hours/week), excluding shift allowances
Flexibility: You will work in a 2-shift system, with an additional 10% allowance on top of your base salary
Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance
Travel allowance (€0.23 per km)

You speak and understand English, both verbally and in writing (company language)
You are proactive, accurate, and reliable
You work well in a team and can switch effectively between tasks
You have your own transportation (location is difficult to reach by public transport)
Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
You are able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
