A fresh start at the most exciting department of the Jumbo DC!At the Fresh department, it's all about quality. No two days are the same! Ready to join the beating heart of our distribution center? What are you going to do?As an order picker in the fresh department, you will collect ordered items using a headset and an automated collection cart. You will drive around on the collection cart, and through the voice-picking system, you'll know exactly which products to collect. Targets are set, and you will need to collect a amounth of products per hour to ensure that the shipment is ready for transport on time. What do we offer?
  • The gross hourly wage for this position for individuals aged 21 and over is €14,78 (excluding shift allowance)
  • After 288 hours worked, your hourly wage will increase to €15,05 (excluding shift allowance)
  • Allowance of €0,38 per hour worked in the Fresh department
  • 25 vacation days per year (for full-time employment).
  • 8,33% vacation allowance
  • Salary at every Wednesday
  • Free and unlimited access to training courses in the Adecco Academy
Where will you work?The distribution center is the link between the supplier and the store for all customers. The Jumbo Distributioncenter in Beilen ensures that Jumbo stores in Northern Netherlands receive their ordered goods at the right time and in good condition.At Jumbo, you are part of an ambitious family business that always places the customer at the center.The Jumbo Distributioncenter is easily accessible by public transport and car. Of course, there is always a parking spot available for you. What do we ask?
  • You are reliable and punctual
  • You can perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and walking during your work
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Availability on Saturdays is a plus
  • You can communicate in Dutch or English
  • You have no objection to working in low temperatures - Fresh department (0 to 10 degrees Celsius)
