As an IT OPS Engineer within the Payments domain, you are part of a multidisciplinary team and responsible for sharing and implementing the IT OPS mindset within the domain. As a Chain Coordinator, you oversee the chain. Our ambition is to continuously provide National-Nederlanden customers with high-quality and relevant services and to ensure that critical payment applications remain robust and reliable.Your responsibilities include:
- Being a key stakeholder of multiple teams within the payment traffic chain
- Hosting IT OPS Circles and early morning calls
- Being part of major programs and staying informed about incidents
- Coordinating major incidents/disruptions within the chain of critical applications within the Payments domain and conducting trend analyses for chain-related incidents
- Advising teams in communication regarding major incidents/disruptions in understandable language and working proactively to improve the incident/change and problem process
- Contributing to the Root Cause Analysis phase and defining structural improvements
- Quality assurance: ensuring that teams keep their IT service administration (CMDB) up-to-date and sharing the DevOps Engineering mindset

- Salary between €3,379 and €4,,827 based on 40 hours per week, depending on your knowledge and experience. It is also possible to work 36 or 38 hours per week.

- You have knowledge of IT Continuity and Stability (ITSM/ITIL), development methods (Agile/Scrum/DevOps), testing, automation, trends (new IT platforms like AWS and Azure cloud)
- You have good communication skills (can explain complex IT issues to third parties in understandable language), enjoy working with teams and individuals from diverse cultures and countries, and speak fluent English
- You handle complex matters, are analytical, make connections, and invest time in your own development in line with market standards
