- Have at least 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly.
- Remain calm under pressure and make informed, safety-focused decisions.
- Love working as part of a diverse, energetic team.
- Take ownership, solve problems with empathy, and make customers feel valued going the extra mile to make their experience memorable.
- Be 18+ years old.
- Be between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) tall without shoes.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English (Dutch language is preferable but essential).
- Hold a valid passport with unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.
- Have a good standard of education and a variable five-year activity history.
- Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.
- Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (any tattoos must be inoffensive).
- Be comfortable selling items from our CAFE.SHOP range including alcohol (this also contributes to your commission).
- Swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft.
- Pass a EASA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
