- Drive & Test: Your main task will be driving designated routes in and around Netherlands. While you drive, you'll use our navigation app and pay close attention to its performance, accuracy, and overall user experience.
- Find and Report Bugs: Did the app do something weird? Was the instruction unclear? Did the chevron get stuck? Your job is to spot these issues, figure out the steps that caused them, and clearly report them so our developers can fix them.
- Be the User's Voice: You will provide feedback on new features from a user's perspective. Does this feature make sense? Is it easy to use? Your feedback is crucial.
- Basic Tech Support: Help with simple technical problems with the testing equipment in the car (we'll show you how).
- Daily Updates: Keep the team updated with short, clear reports on what you tested and what you found each day.
- You are currently enrolled as a student in any field of study.
- You must have a valid EU driver's license and be a confident driver.
- You are curious about technology and enjoy figuring out how things work.
- You're good at noticing small details or things that don't seem right.
- You can explain problems clearly (e.g., “When I did X, Y happened”).
- You are comfortable using new apps and mobile devices.
- You can work independently without needing constant supervision.
- Any experience with reporting bugs, even for games or other apps.
- Familiarity with TomTom products or other navigation apps.
