Club Manager – Premium Fitness Club📍 The Hague💶 Salary: €3,000 – €3,500 per month + up to €600 bonus (sales & PT)Are you a people-focused leader with a talent for driving performance and creating exceptional member experiences? We’re looking for a Club Manager to lead a thriving fitness club in The Hague, with a membership base of over 3000 members and a dynamic new team in place.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile club, one that has been recently expanded and continues to grow. The club has been through several stages of development and is now looking for a strong, hands-on leader to bring stability, inspire the team, and deliver outstanding results in both operations and sales.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leadership & People Development: Motivate, develop, and manage your team to deliver excellent service and achieve both personal and club-wide goals.
  • Sales & Performance Growth: Drive membership sales and personal training engagement to maximise revenue and hit key performance targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily club operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Member Experience: Foster a welcoming and supportive environment that keeps members engaged and committed to their fitness journey.
  • Community Leadership: Take ownership of a large, active club and ensure smooth integration of a relatively new, dynamic team.
About You
  • Proven Leader: Experience managing in fitness, leisure, or hospitality, ideally in a high-traffic environment.
  • Sales-Driven: Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Hands-On Manager: Comfortable being visible on the gym floor as well as driving admin, sales, and operations.
  • Customer-Centric: A natural people person who can build strong relationships with both members and your team.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a club that has been through significant change.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: €3,000 – €3,500 per month, plus up to €600 in sales and PT bonuses.
